The accident prevention officer

The accident prevention officer provides a permanent presence across the network to guarantee passenger and driver safety. He also provides customer service and information at stops or on vehicles. At peak times they regulate passenger flow.

“Our role is to anticipate everything which could disrupt the network, ranging from simple customer information to a major intervention, incidents, demonstrations or attacks.  We are the direct, systematic link with the central control centre, drivers and customers. Our job can be summed up by the letters API, Assistance, Prevention, Intervention for customers and drivers”.
